What You Will Experience

The experience is light, flexible, and rooted in expression — not pressure.
The I3 Community
Interns join a global network of young creators from 20+ countries, connected by the vision of 1 million artists × 1 million trees.
A small group of interns rises further.
After three months, a select few become I3 Fellows — the leadership circle guiding the next cohort.
